Terms & Conditions: Infinite Access Membership

Effective Date: August 4, 2026

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Membership Terms and Conditions. I understand that by enrolling, I am entering into a binding membership agreement and selecting one of the following membership options:

• Monthly Membership: $25.00 per month with a minimum commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months. I understand that I am financially responsible for the full twelve-month membership fee of $300.00, regardless of early cancellation or discontinuation of use.
• Annual Membership: $300.00, billed annually, with a one (1) year membership term. I understand that I am financially responsible for the full annual membership fee upon enrollment.

I authorize recurring charges to my designated payment method for all amounts due under my selected membership plan. If any scheduled payment is declined, returned, or otherwise unsuccessful for any reason, I remain responsible for the outstanding balance owed under this agreement. The organization reserves the right to reattempt payment, suspend or terminate membership benefits until the account is brought current, and pursue collection of any unpaid balance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
